Returning by Royal Mail

Royal Mail.png

Returning by Royal Mail can be an ideal way for sending back cards,

especially if your location is far away and courier costs are too high.

There are a few important things to remember below.

Pack your items in a protective jiffy or box

Protecting the items correctly can avoid damage, damaged cards can be very costly to the sender

Using the correct service

Special Delivery Next Day is the specific service to use, not only does this (usually) guarantee next day delivery by 1pm but automatically insures your package for £500 and gives you a tracking number so you can see where your package has been, when it arrived and who signed for it.

Please note:

Please do not return on a Pre 9am service as we will not be here to sign for the item and it will be delayed coming back to us which may end up costing you extra hire days.

Have you paid sufficient insurance cover?

The value of the cards can sometimes be fairly high, in order to protect yourself against items getting lost or damaged in the post you can add insurance value up to £2500.00 for just a few extra pounds, this may not be the full value of the package but at least it will help if you have to make a claim.

A Signature is needed for proof of delivery

This service will also provide you with a proof of delivery signature so you are able to track down who signed for your package, we are in the office from 9am-6pm so we'll always be around to sign for the package.
